As an ongoing resource following the workshop every school will be offered access to the online BOUNCEuP Guide.
To get fitter or better at sport and exercise you have to train and practice. We have taken this proactive and preventative approach in developing this workshop and program and will use some sport/exercise terms and examples to help students learn and digest the information provided.
The workshop learning objectives are broken down into five (5) unit topics:
Topic 1: Introduction and what is resilience?
Topic 2 : Knowing Yourself (getting picked for the team)
Topic 3: Falling off your bike (Coping with difficult situations)
Topic 4: Training (Taking action to promote resilience)
Topic 5: Practice (Maintaining your resilience)
